  very rude unfriendly receptionist. demanding right to the point and not helpful at all. basically got hung up on after being interrupted three times with sarcastic and hostile attitude. Customer service doesn't exist here apparently.

  My wife and I were accepted as patients a year ago and we have had 6-8 apps for various minor issues and have been treated with respect and professionalism each time. Doctors are , refreshingly young and knowledgeable. A great addition to the community.

  I phoned to try to set up an appointment for family planning as my partner does not have a family doctor. I was told its not an urgent care issue and that i should go else where. Elsewhere as in we frankly don't care about your challenge finding a doctor in the area. I was told this place was helpful and had good reviews. After looking online I can see that faith was sadly misplaced. Ignorant receptionist. Poor service. Inaccurate information.

  For all the comments below, there is no longer a walk in clinic here. I know it's more fun to blame the receptionist, but the government cut the funding for it. This location only sees people who are rostered to a doctor here. If you are from out of town, have a doctor somewhere else, or have a medical emergency, this is not an acute care setting where you would seek medical treatment. The options are emerg at prhc or the various virtual walk in clinics in the area. Your dissatisfaction with lack of service should by directed to the ministry of health. For those part of the family health team, there is access to evening clinics and covering doctors.

  Make it sound like a walk in clinic . Won't take apts , or new patients .
