  We love this place! Huge ice cream cones at a reasonable price and amazing baked goods, including gluten free options. Our employees go in whenever they're in the area (and they make sure they're in the area often) for the apple fritters, but everything we've had there is fantastic. Nick & Gill are some of the hardest working people I know and are usually behind the counter, or just next door in the pub....another great spot!

  Large selection of Kawartha Dairy ice cream flavours to choose from. Nice little pit stop on the way back from cottage country. However, most people have the same idea so this place can get pretty busy during the summer weekends. Service and staff are quick and friendly which helps the line move pretty quickly. Pricing is very good considering the amount of scoops you're getting for what you pay. They also have some coffee options on the menu although I didn't try.

  Cute little bakery for mediocre ice cream. They have a kids play area equipped with a mock kitchen and play sets which is nice. They serve Kawartha ice cream so no home made stuff, but their baked goods looked amazing. Sadly I didn't get to try any, but definitely will next time I head up to the cottage!

  Whether you come on a weekday afternoon or a weekend morning, don't expect this bakery to have many items available. Visited three times this week only to see nearly bare shelves and no apple fritters! Disappointing. There's a much better bakery in Buckhorn!
