    Walked in, only received a greeting after we said hello first. Too preoccupied at her computer to greet potential customers or so it seemed. No offer to assist in any manner and only communication she had with my partner was to ask her to step aside so that she could make her way by to navigate her narrow aisle.

    Happenstance is a fantastic little bookstore in a lovely wee village. I love that I can buy books and yarn in one stop. The staff are friendly and actually know about books. It's a pleasure to just go in to look about. To add to the charm they even have some lovely pottery and rug hooks. Thanks for being unique.
