    Very friendly and knowledgeable. Great camping gear/hiking gear. Tried snowshoeing this winter with their help by renting us snowshoes and some advice. Been back a few times since with reliable, friendly service.

    Lovely store and employees, however trying to buy something that's not on the floor is a nightmare. I tried on hiking boots I liked, but they didn't have my size. In June they said they would order some in time for a hiking trip I was taking in July. I called in July, turns out they didn't put the order through. Asked again for them to order for August, never heard anything back. Called again and they're still not in... it's November now. Shouldn't be this hard to spend 250$. Hopefully they can get organized.

    Broke my canoe right before we left for a couple day back country trip. Yoke broke as I was strapping it to the top of my car. In less than 1/2 hour after being at the store I had a new one in place, I brought some simple tools and they helped me with the rest. Can't say enough good things. Good people! Great store they got it all!!!
